It worked really well. Im looking forward to receiving my order and I like their new bring your order to your car feature.
I did not have any problem getting through this app. The only thing I did not like was it did not take all the discounts. Needs a little work.
I love being able to shop my way by using my phone but nearly every time I get on the app to use it it freezes up on my phone and takes forever to even get onto. I love Kmart and being able to shop with such a great company but would be even more thrilled if this issue is resolved!
When it doesnt ask if youre a robot a million times its easy and great to use.

Some bad moments
This app is useless. I tried to do the at door pickup on the app and it just kept giving me an error message.
On August 28, 2016 I landed on the gift which was a prize for $10,000 pick your own prizes. I was told it was a glitch in the system. But nothing I can do about it. Also you can spin then not win all day long! I personally dont know how much more time always done this spin and win game.
UPDATE: Cant load cart at all anymore. Impossible to shop.
Kmart has great deals and sales. I shop there often. Ive saved a lot of money and hassle there. However this app is unreliable even on its best of days. It will randomly delete my cart making me have to find all my items again. Extremely frustrating. When I click to view reviews of items, it has a 30% chance of actually showing anything aside from a blank screen that can only be solved by force closing the app. I have purchased items using the app and so far have had no issue receiving them or with my credit card. That being said thats only when I can get the thing to actually WORK. Youll click something and itll direct you to the wrong place. My cart doesnt even load 90% of the time making it impossible to shop, its a wonder I was ever able to purchase anything. I now mostly use it to look at the deals and possibly get coupons, if those load either. Its not user friendly or easy to navigate. Overall if it wasnt for the amazing deals I got and good quality of items I wouldve definitely deleted the app. I hope they read reviews and fix these issues. So far the only thing theyve fixed was the needing to sign in every time you load the app, which since iPhone implanted the save email/password feature for sites/apps this wasnt nearly as much of a hassle as the millions of other issues with this app.
I keep trying hoping this app will get better, but so far its still completely unreliable and not user-friendly at all.

The Kmart site, compared to all others i.e. Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowes, etc., has ALWAYS been very slow and disorganized. Ive always left the site fed up and annoyed, wondering why I continue to bother. The shoe area makes you click on a particular shoe only to find out it is out of stock. It should just reflect this "status" from the get go, without having to tap into it. Then it brings you all the way back to the every first shoe so if youve already gone thru several pages, you have to go thru them time & time again. Seriously. Today I moved a few items from my cart to save for later yet they remained in my cart & in my balance due. I proceeded to remove them entirely but yep, still there. Then in attempting to pay for the items, I kept hitting check out but still on same page. I think after a dozen times of hitting the check out button I finally was allowed to do so. Ugh so so aggravating.
